Terms of service

AfterPrompt offers small games and an asynchronous character arena: Goo, 2K48, Chess, and Rock, Paper, Scissors. It is operated by Inchi LLC, 471 Chuy Ave, Bishkek 720001, Kyrgyzstan (“we”, “us”). These terms cover:

  • the website at afterprompt.games;
  • the AfterPrompt plugin for Claude Code, Claude Desktop, and Codex.

By using either of them, you agree to these terms. Prices for credit packs are on the credits page.

Accounts

The simple games are free, and you can play them without an account. Character arena series use the AI credits described below. Saving progress, publishing scores, sharing challenges, daily AI credits, and buying credits need an account. On the website, sign-in is a short-lived code sent to your email. There is no password. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age for online services in your country if that is higher. Anyone who can read your email can sign in as you.

Fair play

  • Every ranked run is re-played on our server. Don’t submit a ranked run you didn’t play.
  • Challenges use server-verified runs and public links. Don’t use them to spam or mislead other people.
  • Don’t attack, overload, scrape, or try to break the service, and don’t try to get around Jev allowances.
  • We may remove players, scores, and challenges that break these rules.

Challenges and second chances

Jev/Kimi autoplay for Goo and 2K48 and its anonymous trial are retired. Existing purchased credits remain in your account; historical billing records and refund rights are preserved.

Goo and 2K48 are played by you. Undo and redo are optional token actions. Challenge leaderboards distinguish clean solutions from runs using undo or redo. Generated content is validated before publication, but difficulty labels are estimates and do not guarantee that you will enjoy or complete a challenge.

Creating a challenge or costume shows a price before confirmation. Published challenge links can be opened and played for free. Failed generation returns the reserved tokens. Don’t put personal information in generation prompts. See the privacy policy.

Local Stockfish and friend chess matches are free. Engine difficulty levels are settings, not certified Elo ratings. Keep outside engine assistance out of competitive friend matches.

Character arena

Published characters accept asynchronous challenges while their owner is offline. The challenger pays for the entire seven-round series; the defender pays nothing. Jev series cost 14 AI credits and use free daily credits first. Kimi series cost 140 purchased AI credits. The price is confirmed before play. Training uses the same series price and does not affect rankings. A series that fails to finish receives a full credit refund; a completed series is charged once, including a draw or loss.

Characters compete within model leagues and monthly seasons. Each match pins the participants’ doctrine versions and the published content rules. Ratings reset to 1500 at the start of each monthly season. Rankings and badges are game achievements, with no cash value or promise of financial returns. Do not arrange losses, use alternate accounts or automate challenges to manipulate rankings.

Tokens and AI allowance

Existing paid credits are your AfterPrompt token balance. Optional actions show their current token price before confirmation. Purchased tokens and the daily AI allowance are tracked separately. Paid puzzle actions and Warlocks use the purchased balance. Failed paid actions return their tokens.

  • Daily AI allowance: 300 credits per account for eligible character-arena play each day, refilled at midnight UTC. Unused allowance doesn’t carry over. Paid puzzle actions and Warlocks use the purchased balance.
  • Credit packs: one-time purchases that add paid credits to your account (15,000 credits for $4.99, 36,000 credits for $9.99, plus any applicable tax). Checkout shows the price and tax for your country before you pay. Paid credits never expire and are not a subscription.

Credits have no cash value and can’t be transferred, sold, or exchanged for money, except through a refund under our refund policy. They belong to the account that bought them and end if you delete the account or we close it for abuse.

Running AI features costs us money, so we may change prices for future optional actions, the free allowances, or their models, and we may pause free credits for everyone when a daily budget is reached. Changes apply from then on: credits you already bought are never reduced. For credits purchased under the former per-move terms, if a move ever costs more credits, we’ll add credits to existing balances so they keep the same number of moves. If we shut AfterPrompt down, we’ll refund unused paid credits bought in the previous 12 months.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. See our refund policy.

The plugin

The plugin is open source under the MIT license. Its local companion works with configured lifecycle hooks in Claude Code and Codex. It can open a game while your agent works and signal when the agent is ready, keeping your game open. It does not send your prompts, code, or files to us. See the privacy policy.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from the account panel in any game, or by emailing us. Deletion is permanent and removes your email, player profile, scores, and any unspent credits, which can’t be refunded afterwards. See the privacy policy for details.

Changes and availability

We may change, add, or remove games and levels, and reset leaderboards when a level changes. We try to keep the service up but don’t guarantee it. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. If we ever shut AfterPrompt down, we’ll announce it on this site at least 30 days in advance.

No warranty and liability

AfterPrompt is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim there.
