Refund policy

Credit packs on afterprompt.games are sold by Inchi LLC, 471 Chuy Ave, Bishkek 720001, Kyrgyzstan, through Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Contact: info@afterprompt.games.

If a credit pack isn’t for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of buying it. If you haven’t used any of its credits, you get your money back in full, no reason needed. If you’ve used some, we refund the unused part. Free daily credits are used first for standard AI play. The Kimi arena league uses purchased credits only. A full arena series must fit in one credit source; a series can use paid credits when the remaining free allowance is too small. Free credits are not a purchase and are not refunded.

How to ask

• Go to paddle.net, find your AfterPrompt order with the email you used at checkout, and request a refund. Or:
• Email info@afterprompt.games with your order number from Paddle’s receipt.

Paddle processes the refund to your original payment method. It usually takes 5–10 business days to show up, depending on your bank. Paddle provides customer service for the order and handles the return.

After 14 days

We may still refund if something went wrong, for example if the credits never arrived or you were charged twice. Write to info@afterprompt.games.

After a refund

The refunded credits are removed from your balance. If you already spent some of them, your balance goes to zero rather than below it. Your scores, player number, and free daily credits stay.

This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under consumer law. The purchase terms are in our terms of service.
